Shipping policy

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

• Standard delivery across Australia for orders over $50 for free
• Standard delivery across Australia for orders under $50 for $15.00
• Express delivery across Australia for $30.00

Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders, please be aware that some teas may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during sales or high-demand periods like Christmas. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfil your order.

Once your order has shipped, please allow 2-8 business days for standard shipping delivery depending on your location.

When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel. Alternatively, you can track your delivery on the Australia Post website.
